[Whirl] Hagerstown area recumbent cyclist died after that accident; family vows to promote rider safety

Larry reported to the list the story abot the poor fellow who was hit and 
injured by that dump truck.  He died a day later.  There's a story

He had wanted to keep riding until he was past 100.  This brought to mind
