You could use a block and tackle system attached to the ceiling to lift the bike up as high as you like.

My V-RES sits on the floor in my garage. Instead of leaving it on the ground (and likely sitting on flat tires), I’m looking for a way to raise my V-REX off the garage floor for the time being.
 
A wall hanger or floor to ceiling post system won’t work for me, as the bike is awfully wide and an I don’t have the ceiling space.
 
What I’m looking is a way to leave the bike where it is on the floor, but up enough the weight of the bike isn’t on the tires.
 
Any thoughts or ideas?
