[Whirl] Converting cleats to platform pedals?

I started drinking the clipless pedal Kool
Ade in 1984 and toe clips going back to 1963.
Two years ago I arrived in Corsica without bike shoes.
I wore my Mephisto sneakers and had a set of low profile grippy two sided
pedals.
Never went back.
I nicknamed them happy feet-happy knees.
Sold, threw out, and gave away thousands of dollars worth of uncomfortable
restrictive shoes and pedals I’ve tried over decades.
Started carrying these pedals:

last fall and have become the world’s highest volume seller out of one
small shop- offering free return if you’re feet and knees are not happy.
Out of 153 sets only two came back.
If your feet are smaller than men’s 8 or women’s 9 there are similar grippy
platforms available.
For trikes I have been fabricating an adjustable heel sling - a must have.
The freedom to ride in whatever’s on your feet (I don’t recommend socks,
bare feet, or slippers) and the ability to change positions from ball of
foot, arch, or heel are huge advantages
We just reunited with our C-rush and GoldRush in Florida today and tried a
set here - and after a brief ride the feet feel like they just came from
the reflexologist.
The new flavor of Kool ade is here.
